Two of my clients, at a very busy time of year, are taking vacations. They’re in different industries, but both oversee large, critical initiatives. One is responsible for the organization as CEO, the other for an entire division.
What else do they have in common?
They’re both highly successful in their roles, deeply committed to their work, including its challenges and rigors, and they relish results. They’re both beloved leaders.
And.
They both have teams that can function without them, teams that they trust to make appropriate decisions in their absence. I call these Self-Correcting Teams™.
Are you able to take a vacation with the same confidence?
For more on working with me directly to elevate leadership performance and build your own Self-Correcting Team™, you can reach me at sarah@sarah-levitt.com My next openings are in May.
