Has been a theme this week.
It came up in last night’s Magnificent Leadership® Executive Forum as a quality to look for in new team members.
It was part of a conversation that I had with a client that same day.
And earlier in the week, I thought it a consistent thread that connects and defines the best leaders that I know, some featured in The Making Magnificence Project® (stay tuned, brand new interviews coming to you soon). And was wondering – again — why curiosity is not a more prominently highlighted and sought-after leadership trait.
In my own life, curiosity is the driver and companion for The Making Magnificence Project®, generating the trail of breadcrumbs that leads me into someone’s story.
(Which generated a book and a brand.)
Are there people, places, or subjects that pull you to explore?
Regardless of whether they “fit” into your plan?
