If your salespeople aren’t having success in the current climate, they are likely hitting one of the following obstacles:
- They’ve relied on leads primarily from the marketing department and don’t have the skill to generate their own
- They aren’t able to build relationships with sincerity and the client’s best interest as their focus
- They are overwhelmed by the drastic changes that have reconfigured the sales process and have not yet reconfigured and adapted their own sales process or confidence
It’s not enough to hustle. (Although drive matters.)
