A senior executive client recently told me that although they’d had previous coaching during their career, they found our engagement to be distinctly helpful.

Which got me thinking about how we know what we don’t.

My hunch is that any solution has to include living and leading so that we are continually putting ourselves in the way of extreme curiosity and learning.

With a giant portion of humility.

While also casting aside any fears we might have about weakness or appearance or any of the other distractions that keep us from expanding into more of who we are and can become.

To work with me directly as your private leadership coach, go here for more.  My next openings are in October.

If you want to spend some time together in person and talk with other exemplary leaders like you, only 2 seats remain of the extras we’ve opened for the Magnificent Leadership® Annual Event in Raleigh on October 19+20.  We’ll have guest speakers, small group working sessions, and time with yours truly.

All at a luxury property 10 minutes from the RDU airport with outstanding food, beautiful views, and the kind of environment that will both relax and reinvigorate you.

Many who attended last year are returning.  This is the only live, in person event that I offer all year.
