In 2012, I began interviewing leaders who had navigated significant transition.  I was curious about how these people – across a range of disciplines – found their way when life brought them questions or they went in search of them.  A remarkable collection of leaders have participated in the podcast, from the arts to business to the military.

Eventually, those interviews were distilled into a book, and The Project and I went on to have more conversations, some of them retrospectives, which were a particular treat many years later.

In 2023, my curiosity is piqued by healing journeys and life outside of work On Love and Relationships℠.  You’ll still see interviews with exemplary leaders this season, but you’ll also see conversations with people like Ian Kerner, nationally recognized sex therapist and best-selling author, and my friend Pamela Nauda Clark, who will be joining The Project for regular conversations, similar to the one featured here.

I hope you’ll tune in.
