The opening of Boulted Bread’s beautiful, new space in Raleigh. They now have café-style indoor seating and a completely open kitchen so you can see the magic of the bread and pastry being made and the giant flour mill in production. And. They’ve just rolled out their summer tomato tartines which only happens for about 4 weeks. I still don’t know what they’re doing to make them taste so good, but they do.
Back to yoga after a long hiatus now that classes are in person again. I still can’t believe what a difference just one class a week makes with stiffness and running.
Vecina in Phoenix when clients and friends travel there. A client introduced me to this little place and their salmon tacos are some of the most yummy and interesting that I’ve had. Grapefruit segments and basil and cilantro are some of the ingredients. Also in Phoenix: Beckett’s Table. One of the most interesting and tasty meals I’ve enjoyed in awhile. Another client recommendation: Seabird in Wilmington, NC. Frito misto perfection. You can’t go wrong with any of these.
