Strategic prioritization is one of the key domains that I address with coaching clients, particularly if they’re moving into elevated leadership roles.
A few questions:
- Do you know what your top (2-3) strategic priorities are, where you add the most value to the organization?
- Are there things that get in the way of focusing on and executing those priorities consistently?
- If so, are you creating deputies who can take some of those impediments off your plate?
