Strategic prioritization is one of the key domains that I address with coaching clients, particularly if they’re moving into elevated leadership roles.

A few questions:

  1. Do you know what your top (2-3) strategic priorities are, where you add the most value to the organization?
  2. Are there things that get in the way of focusing on and executing those priorities consistently?
  3. If so, are you creating deputies who can take some of those impediments off your plate?
