Maybe you can’t recall exactly when it went missing because it was such a gradual process and you’ve been on a supersonic treadmill for a while, achieving and delivering.

Or maybe you traded passion and meaning for financial security and don’t know what would be fulfilling in your next act.  There are so many things you could do with your business and leadership experience it’s hard to discern.

Or, perhaps, you do have an inkling but have no time to consider it, much less explore and make a real plan.

I get it.

I’ve not only coached clients on this for years, I wrestled with ‘what’s next’, myself.

Back in 2009, I was in a complete career and life transition, and decided to open a bakery.

Having creamed butter and sugar since I was nine years old, something I enjoyed and was pretty good at, and having figured out what I thought would be a successful business model given my experience starting a flower farm and growing it into a roaring greenhouse operation, it seemed a good path.

The right path.

So I lined up suppliers, tested recipes (everyone in my life, from my therapist to my hair dresser, was getting boxes of cookies), interned at a commercial bakehouse, formulated a business plan and an LLC, and visited some of the country’s best artisan bakers to learn.

I was in.

But it actually wasn’t the right path because it wasn’t the life that I wanted.  It was familiar.

And when I understood that, I knew I couldn’t move forward with the bakery.

Which was embarrassing and scary because having a path and a plan is so much easier than being in limbo.

Something else was calling, and when it came into focus, that’s when I really got scared.

But I took that route.

And it brought me here, to you.

Your path is unique, and uncovering it, finding your spark, following where you’re pulled… these things can be daunting.

But having a guide who knows the terrain is a bit like having a flashlight in the dark.

Clients tell me that it works.

And it shows in their success.

If you are senior leader asking the ‘what’s next’ question, there are ways of working together privately.

Or, for a brand new offering and something very special, you can come to the Big Work Retreat on November 14+15 at a 5-star luxury property, where you and I and 6 other senior executives will spend two days in an exclusive, immersive program specifically designed for spark recovery and mapping your path.

This singular program also comes with ongoing coaching and community after you’ve left the retreat so you continue to be connected to, and supported by, your fellow travelers and me.

We have two seats remaining.
