Despite insisting that he didn’t have a crystal ball, Nick Schacht, Chief Strategy Officer at SHRM, gave us quite a bit to think about at last week’s Magnificent Leadership® Executive Forum Annual Event when we sat down for a fireside chat.

There is far too much to report here, but suffice it to say that Nick’s insights and knowledge on everything from what employers are not anticipating for 2023, to DEI innovations, to the most significant trends and shifts for organizations, culture, and the world of work and talent — including a reexamination of norms by the most competitive organizations — kept us riveted and taking lots of notes.

And asking lots of questions.
