Is one of the three obstacles to living Legacy on Purpose℠.

It falls under the category of fear.

When we say “I can’t” to ourselves, it usually means one of two things:

I can’t do that because it will be perceived by others as (fill in the blank).

I can’t do that because I don’t believe myself capable.

The first is generally irrelevant.

And the second is almost always untrue.

If you want to do some self-coaching, listen for “I can’t” in your thinking.

And challenge it.

If you’d like to request a copy of my handout from this morning’s Legacy on Purpose℠ workshop, email me: sarah@sarah-levitt.com  It’s packed with information.

And if you want to be sure to apply for one of the limited number of seats in the Legacy on Purpose℠ Private Conference on June 24 and 25, keep your eyes peeled for Friday’s blog when registration opens.
