‘Tis the time of year to think about resolutions.

But instead of the same old ideas on adhering to more of this or less of that, what if you resolved to scare yourself?

One of the key themes that emerged from my interviews with leaders from The Making Magnificence Project® was the quest for self-mastery.

They were all willing to stretch — and be scared – to risk the unknown.

A lot has happened in the years since I began The Project in 2012.  But one thing that hasn’t changed is my love of interviewing exceptional leaders.

Please join me in the new year as I re-launch The Making Magnificence Project® and talk with Glen Tullman, Founder and Chairman of Livongo Health as we do a 5 Year Retrospective interview.  The last time I interviewed Glen, he had exited Allscripts as CEO and was launching Livongo.

And he made no bones about it: starting over was scary.

Fast forward and he’s taken Livongo to a market cap that is currently slightly less than $2.5B.
