My three recommendations for ensuring momentum and results:

  • Convene the group responsible for action immediately
  • Confirm the clear action plan and who is responsible for its What, Who, How, When, and Mile Markers
  • Establish near term re-convene dates now for smaller sub-groups assigned to execution in addition to the larger Board
