I’ve noticed an interesting relational contrast during the pandemic: Many of us have experienced some degree of strain in at least one of our closest relationships (marital/romantic, family, friendship, etc.) while at the same time finding that the significance of those relationships is illuminated.
And that has sparked a desire in us to re-evaluate and re-prioritize, and in some cases, explore how to create richer, more connected, and more meaningful relationships.
Both with ourselves and those closest to us.
To listen behind closed doors to what people are experiencing and how they’re finding their way, I love listening to Esther Perel’s Where Should We Begin podcast. She began this season with couples under lockdown across the globe.
